Yes, the carboniser can only be refilled via the refill station. The refill station is included in the spark set.
One full carboniser can produce up to 10 bottles of sparkling water, approx. 6 liters.
Generally yes, although when carbonating beverages other than water foam is formed. The strength of the foam formation varies depending on the beverage. After each use of the spark bottle with beverages other than water, it must be cleaned thoroughly, including removing and cleaning the sealing elements on the carboniser and the lid. Beverages with pieces/pulp or thick beverages must not be carbonated with the bottleplus system.
